1. Services Offered

Wesley Borgmans / WJB Holdings LLC offers the following services:

1.1 Website Foundation

A custom website build delivered using AI-assisted design tools. Includes responsive design, SEO optimization, 1 landing page, hosting, and monthly maintenance.

1.2 Lead Generation Packages

Guaranteed qualified lead packages for local emergency service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians). Leads are generated via a white-label wholesale partner. Clients pay per lead or per monthly package. Lead qualification criteria are agreed upon before campaign launch.

1.3 Extra Landing Pages

Additional standalone landing pages beyond the 1 included in each package. One-time fee per page.

1.4 Local SEO + GMB

Monthly local search optimization service. Billed monthly with a one-time setup fee.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Current pricing:

2.1 Website Foundation

• Setup: $697 (Founding client rate: $347, first 3 clients only)
• Monthly: $97/month

2.2 Lead Packages

• Test Package: $750 + $397 setup (10 leads, one-time)
• Starter: $1,300/month + $397 setup (20 leads/month)
• Pro: $1,800/month + $397 setup (30 leads/month)
• Extra leads: $55/lead (above 30, Pro package only)
• Extra landing pages: $297/page (one-time)

2.3 Founding Client Offer (first 3 clients only)

• Website setup: $347 (normally $697)
• First month hosting: free (normally $97)
• Month 1 leads: 50% off
• Landing page: 50% off ($148.50)

This offer requires a written testimonial and permission to be used as a reference upon completion.

2.4 Payment Methods

WJB Holdings LLC accepts the following payment methods:

PRIMARY (Preferred): Cryptocurrency via NowPayments — XRP (Ripple), XLM (Stellar), USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), and other major stablecoins accepted through the NowPayments platform.

ALSO ACCEPTED: Wise, PayPal, Revolut.

2.5 Cryptocurrency Payment Terms

a) Accepted Cryptocurrencies
WJB Holdings LLC accepts cryptocurrency payments processed via NowPayments (nowpayments.io). Accepted currencies include XRP (Ripple), XLM (Stellar), USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), and other currencies listed on the NowPayments platform at the time of payment.

b) 5% Crypto Discount
Clients who pay via cryptocurrency through the NowPayments platform receive a 5% discount on the applicable USD invoice amount. This discount applies to: one-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, test package fees, and per-page fees. The discount does not stack with other promotions unless explicitly stated in writing.

c) USD Value Reference
All service prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The cryptocurrency equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate provided by NowPayments at the time the payment is initiated. WJB Holdings LLC is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between invoice issuance and payment completion.

d) Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered complete once confirmed on the respective blockchain network and verified by NowPayments. Services will be initiated upon confirmed payment receipt.

e) Refunds in Cryptocurrency
In the event that a refund is applicable under these Terms, refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the exchange rate at the time of refund processing — not the original transaction rate. WJB Holdings LLC is not liable for any difference in value due to market fluctuations.

f) Non-Refundable Payments
Setup fees and one-time fees paid in cryptocurrency are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, consistent with Section 4 (Cancellation Policy) of these Terms.

3. Lead Guarantee & Qualification

Leads are sourced through a white-label wholesale partner. A "qualified lead" is defined as:

• A phone call of at least 60 seconds from a unique number with clear service intent
• OR a completed form submission with valid contact information and service description
• Within the agreed service area and business hours

Leads that do not meet qualification criteria will not be billed or will be replaced, subject to agreement at campaign setup.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services (Starter, Pro lead packages; Website hosting; Local SEO) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts.

One-time setup fees and test package fees are non-refundable once campaign or website build has been initiated.

5. AI Disclosure

Website builds and landing pages are created using AI-assisted design and copywriting tools. This allows faster delivery and lower pricing than traditional agencies. All content is reviewed and approved by Wesley Borgmans before delivery.

6. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by WJB Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. WJB Holdings LLC is registered in the United States.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WJB HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
