3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees

All fees for our services are outlined on our website and are subject to change with notice. Current pricing includes:

• Foundation Package: FREE website ($3,000 value) + $397 one-time setup fee + $97/month hosting and maintenance
• Traffic Package: Various pricing options available (3-month full payment, monthly commitment, or month-to-month)
• Continuation Services: Additional services priced separately

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon during service enrollment. We accept the following payment methods:

• Wise Bankwire
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (XRP/XLM)

4.3 Late Payments

Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination. A late fee may be applied to overdue balances.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed timeline. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely communication and feedback
• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Maintaining adequate ad budgets for paid advertising services
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website). However, we retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, templates, and any pre-existing materials.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to website traffic, conversions, sales, or ROI.

7.2 Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Google, or hosting providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WJB HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9.1 By You

You may cancel services according to our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment is not received
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You provide false or misleading information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WJB Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
