At WJB Holdings LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality
digital marketing services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which
refunds may be requested and granted.
2. Website Foundation Refunds
2.1 Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee is $697 (Founding client
rate: $347 for first 3 clients only). Setup fees
are refundable under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins: A 50% refund is available
if you cancel before we begin work on your website

After Work Begins: Setup fees are
non-refundable once campaign or website build has been initiated
2.2 Monthly Hosting & Maintenance ($97/month)
The monthly hosting and maintenance subscription:

Can be canceled at any time with
30 days written notice

No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation

Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end
of the 30-day notice period
3. Lead Generation Package Refunds
3.1 Test Package ($750 + $397 setup)
The Test Package includes 10 leads. Refunds:

Setup Fee: Non-refundable once campaign has
been initiated

Lead Fees: Non-refundable once leads have been
delivered
3.2 Starter Package ($1,300/month + $397 setup)
The Starter Package includes 20 leads/month:

Setup Fee: Non-refundable once campaign has
been initiated

Monthly Fees: Can be canceled at any time with
30 days written notice

No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation
3.3 Pro Package ($1,800/month + $397 setup)
The Pro Package includes 30 leads/month:

Setup Fee: Non-refundable once campaign has
been initiated

Monthly Fees: Can be canceled at any time with
30 days written notice

No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation

Extra Leads: $55/lead (above 30) —
non-refundable once delivered
3.4 Lead Qualification
A "qualified lead" is defined as:

A phone call of at least 60 seconds from a unique number with
clear service intent

OR a completed form submission with valid contact information
and service description
- Within the agreed service area and business hours
Leads that do not meet qualification criteria will not be billed
or will be replaced, subject to agreement at campaign setup.
4. Extra Landing Pages Refunds
4.1 One-Time Page Fee ($297/page)
Additional landing pages beyond the 1 included in each package:

Before Delivery: A 50% refund is available if

landing page is delivered
4.2 Monthly Hosting ($24/month)
Landing page hosting and maintenance:

5. Local SEO + GMB Service Refunds
5.1 Monthly Service
Local SEO is billed monthly with a one-time setup fee:

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

One-Time Setup Fees: Once campaign or website
build has been initiated

Test Package Fees: Once the test campaign has
been initiated

Ad Spend: Money spent on Facebook, Google, or
other advertising platforms (these go directly to the platforms,
not to us)

Third-Party Costs: Domain registrations,
third-party tools, or software purchased on your behalf

Completed Work: Any deliverables that have been
completed and delivered
7. Cancellation Policy Summary
Monthly services (Starter, Pro lead packages; Website hosting;
Local SEO) may be cancelled at any time with
30 days written notice. No long-term contracts.
One-time setup fees and test package fees are
non-refundable once campaign or website build has
been initiated.
8. Performance Guarantees
Important Disclaimer
Wesley Borgmans does not guarantee specific conversion rates or
revenue outcomes. Lead quality depends on service area, market
conditions, and client follow-up. We do not guarantee specific
results, including but not limited to: traffic volume,
conversion rates, sales figures, or return on investment (ROI).
While we strive for excellence and employ proven strategies,
refunds are not granted based on performance metrics or unmet
expectations regarding results.
