At WJB Holdings LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted.

2. Foundation Package Refunds

2.1 Setup Fee (Tiered Pricing)

The one-time setup fee varies by client tier (First 3 clients: $197, Clients 4-10: $247, After client 10: $497) and is refundable under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: A 50% refund is available for the first 3 days if you cancel before we begin work on your website
  • After Delivery: No refund available once the completed website has been delivered to you

2.2 Monthly Hosting & Maintenance ($97/month)

The monthly hosting and maintenance subscription:

  • Can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees
  • Refunds are prorated for the current month if canceled within the first 7 days
  • No refund for partial months after the 7-day period
  • Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period

3. Pay-Per-Lead Program Refunds

3.1 Setup Fee ($347)

The one-time setup fee is refundable under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: A 50% refund is available for the first 3 days if you cancel before we begin work on your landing pages
  • After Delivery: No refund available once the landing pages have been delivered

3.2 Per-Lead Fees

For the performance-based per-lead fees:

  • Can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice
  • You only pay for qualified leads delivered
  • Disputes on lead qualification must be raised within 48 hours
  • Refunds issued on a per-lead basis for disputed qualified leads

3.3 Standalone Landing Page ($147)

One-time landing page purchase:

  • Before Delivery: A 75% refund is available for the first 3 days
  • After Delivery: No refund available once the landing page is delivered
  • Monthly Hosting ($37/month): Can be canceled at any time; prorated refunds within first 7 days

4. Local SEO + GMB Service Refunds

4.1 Monthly Service ($897/month)

For the monthly Local SEO service:

  • Can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice
  • 75% Refund of current month available only within first 7 days
  • No refund after 7 days into any billing cycle
  • Setup is included at no additional charge

5. Continuation Services Refunds

For add-on services (Local SEO, GMB Optimization, Google Ads):

  • Monthly Services: Can be canceled anytime; refunds prorated within first 7 days
  • One-Time Services: 50% refund if canceled before completion; no refund after delivery

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Ad Spend: Money spent on Facebook, Google, or other advertising platforms (these go directly to the platforms, not to us)
  • Third-Party Costs: Domain registrations, third-party tools, or software purchased on your behalf
  • Completed Work: Any deliverables that have been completed and delivered
  • Custom Development: Any custom coding or development work that has been completed

7. Performance Guarantees

Important Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: traffic volume, conversion rates, sales figures, or return on investment (ROI). Digital marketing results vary based on many factors including industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.

While we strive for excellence and employ proven strategies, refunds are not granted based on performance metrics or unmet expectations regarding results.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue before requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in termination of services and legal action to recover costs.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
