International Contractor Status: I operate as an independent contractor providing services internationally.
For US Clients: Form W-8BEN is available upon request, confirming non-US taxpayer status.
EIN Status: LLC EIN is currently being processed and will be available within 2-3 months. EIN is not required for foreign contractors.
Documentation: All required accounting documentation can be provided immediately.
Website Rebuild/Design Projects: The monthly Hosting + Maintenance subscription FEE needs to be paid in Full + 50% of the Setup Fee before starting work. The other 50% of the setup fee needs to be paid upon delivery and transfer to your own domain name.
Final Payment Due: For website rebuild or design projects, the remaining 50% of the Setup Fee must be paid within 7 days of project completion. You will receive an email notification when your website is complete and ready for domain transfer. A 2.5% late fee will be applied to payments received after the 7-day deadline.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after work has begun. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
