Timeline Notes:
No refunds will be issued after work has begun. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If the project is canceled before work begins, Phase 1 payment will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
Upon full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final website design and content. The Contractor retains the right to use the project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, branding materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.
The monthly subscription includes hosting, security updates, technical support, and minor content updates (up to 1 hour per month). Major redesigns or feature additions require separate quotes.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for all work completed up to that date. Monthly subscription can be canceled with 30 days notice after project completion.
The Contractor's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement. The Contractor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
